KVM: arm64: Replace CONFIG_KVM_INDIRECT_VECTORS with CONFIG_RANDOMIZE_BASE
The removal of CONFIG_HARDEN_BRANCH_PREDICTOR means that
CONFIG_KVM_INDIRECT_VECTORS is synonymous with CONFIG_RANDOMIZE_BASE,
so replace it.
