Pull x86 platform driver fixes from Darren Hart:
"Fix SMBIOS call handling and hwswitch state coherency in the
dell-laptop driver. Cleanups for intel_*_ipc drivers. Details:
dell-laptop:
- Do not cache hwswitch state
- Check return value of each SMBIOS call
- Clear buffer before each SMBIOS call
intel_scu_ipc:
- Move local memory initialization out of a mutex
intel_pmc_ipc:
- Update kerneldoc formatting
- Fix compiler casting warnings"
