ARM: 9177/1: disable vmap'ed stacks on suspend-capable SMP configs
There are several reports about the new vmap'ed stacks code breaking suspend/resume on Exynos, Renesas and Tegra SMP platforms. While this is under investigation, let's disable the vmap'ed stacks feature for the time being for SMP configurations that have suspend/resume enabled.
