kbuild: merge scripts/mkmakefile to top Makefile
scripts/mkmakefile is simple enough to be merged in the Makefile. Use $(call cmd,...) to show the log instead of doing it in the shell script. Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <masahiroy@kernel.org>
