pinctrl: mvebu: pinctrl driver core
This patch adds a pinctrl driver core for Marvell SoCs plus DT
binding documentation. This core driver will be used by SoC family
specific drivers, i.e. Armada XP, Armada 370, Dove, Kirkwood, aso.
