pcsp - Don't build pcspkr when snd-pcsp is enabled
- Update CREDITS with the pc-speaker driver authors.
- Prevent pcspkr from being built together with snd-pcsp.
Both pcspkr and snd-pcsp use the same platform driver name "pcspkr".
