crypto: sparc/des - convert to skcipher API
Convert the glue code for the SPARC64 DES opcodes implementations of DES-ECB, DES-CBC, 3DES-ECB, and 3DES-CBC from the deprecated "blkcipher" API to the "skcipher" API.
