[XFS] Add compat handlers for data & rt growfs ioctls
The args for XFS_IOC_FSGROWFSDATA and XFS_IOC_FSGROWFSRTA
have padding on the end on intel, so add arg copyin functions,
and then just call the growfs ioctl helpers.
