kdb: remove redundant assignment to pointer bp
The point bp is assigned a value that is never read, it is being
re-assigned later to bp = &kdb_breakpoints[lowbp] in a for-loop.
Remove the redundant assignment.
Addresses-Coverity ("Unused value")
