Add cim_ma_la, cim_pif_la and tx_rate debugfs entry
This patch series adds the following.
Add debugfs entry to dump CIM MA logic analyzer and CIM PIF logic analyzer logs.
Also adds support to dump tx rate of the channels in the adapter
This patch series has been created against net-next tree and includes
patches on cxgb4 driver.
We have included all the maintainers of respective drivers. Kindly review
the change and let us know in case of any review comments.
