bpf, doc: howto use/run the BPF selftests
I always forget howto run the BPF selftests. Thus, lets add that info
to the QA document.
Documentation was based on Cilium's documentation:
http://cilium.readthedocs.io/en/latest/bpf/#verifying-the-setup
