Methods		string Import()

			Returns the contents of the SIM and ME phonebook in
			VCard 3.0 format.  If several entries are determined
			to be related to the same contact, then they are
			merged into a single VCard entry.

			The phonebook is returned as a single UTF8 encoded
			string with zero or more VCard entries.

			Possible Errors: [service].Error.InProgress
