This algorithm is being used widely in South Korea as a standard cipher algorithm. This code is written based on the ARIA implementation of OpenSSL. The OpenSSL code is based on the distributed source code[1] by KISA. ARIA has three key sizes and corresponding rounds. ARIA128: 12 rounds. ARIA192: 14 rounds. ARIA245: 16 rounds.
