2007-07-27[S390] Wire up sys_fallocate.Martin Schwidefsky1-1/+1
This patch implements support of fallocate system call on s390(x) platform. A wrapper is added to address the issue which s390 ABI has with the arguments of this system call. Signed-off-by: Martin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>

2006-12-07[PATCH] remove kernel syscallsArnd Bergmann1-154/+0
The last thing we agreed on was to remove the macros entirely for 2.6.19, on all architectures. Unfortunately, I think nobody actually _did_ that, so they are still there. 2006-10-02[PATCH] remove remaining errno and __KERNEL_SYSCALLS__ referencesArnd Bergmann1-51/+0
The last in-kernel user of errno is gone, so we should remove the definition and everything referring to it. This also removes the now-unused lib/execve.c file that was introduced earlier. Also remove every trace of __KERNEL_SYSCALLS__ that still remained in the kernel. 2006-09-28[S390] Inline assembly cleanup.Martin Schwidefsky1-129/+129
Major cleanup of all s390 inline assemblies. They now have a common coding style. Quite a few have been shortened, mainly by using register asm variables. Use of the EX_TABLE macro helps as well. The atomic ops, bit ops and locking inlines new use the Q-constraint if a newer gcc is used. That results in slightly better code. Thanks to Christian Borntraeger for proof reading the changes. 2006-04-29Remove unneeded _syscallX macros from user view in asm-*/unistd.hDavid Woodhouse1-3/+4
These aren't needed by glibc or klibc, and they're broken in some cases anyway. The uClibc folks are apparently switching over to stop using them too (now that we agreed that they should be dropped, at least). Signed-off-by: David Woodhouse <dwmw2@infradead.org>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
