sh: nommu: Kill off dummy page fault ops for SH-3/4.
We stopped referencing these functions unconditionally when the old entry.S code was refactored, so this is just dead code at present. Kill it off. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
