fs/ufs: avoid potential u32 multiplication overflow

The 64 bit ino is being compared to the product of two u32 values, however, the multiplication is being performed using a 32 bit multiply so there is a potential of an overflow. To be fully safe, cast uspi->s_ncg to a u64 to ensure a 64 bit multiplication occurs to avoid any chance of overflow. This series from Deepa Dinamani adds a per-superblock minimum/maximum timestamp limit for a file system, and clamps timestamps as they are written, to avoid random behavior from integer overflow as well as having different time stamps on disk vs in memory. At mount time, a warning is now printed for any file system that can represent current timestamps but not future timestamps more than 30 years into the future, similar to the arbitrary 30 year limit that was added to settimeofday(). Fill in the appropriate limits to avoid inconsistencies in the vfs cached inode times when timestamps are outside the permitted range.
