commit 35b1de557970 ("rdma/cxgb4: Fixes cxgb4 probe failure in VM when PF is exposed through PCI Passthrough") moved the code to check for SR-IOV PF[0..3] much further down in init_one() past the point where we allocate a (struct adapter) for PF[0..3]. Fixes few register access for both T4 and T5. PCIE_CORE_UTL_SYSTEM_BUS_AGENT_STATUS & PCIE_CORE_UTL_PCI_EXPRESS_PORT_STATUS is T4 only register don't let T5 access them. cxgb4: Free completed tx skbs promptly

Description of problem: The NIC card is not reporting back to the driver the transmitted skbs, so they get stuck in the TX ring causing issues with reference counters in other kernel components. Developed a new Automatic Egress Queue Update firmware facility to slowly tick through Egress Queues and send back any outstanding CIDX Updates which are laying around. There is a possible race condition when we unregister the PCI Driver and then flush/destroy the global "workq". This could lead to situations where there are tasks on the Work Queue with references to now deleted adapter data structures.
