dt-bindings: drop redundant part of title (end, part three)

The Devicetree bindings document does not have to say in the title that it is a "binding", but instead just describe the hardware. Remove this in most .yaml files, so hopefully preventing developers copying it into new .yaml files, and being asked to remove it.
